The Joe C. Davis Foundation Transportation Subsidy

REQUEST FORM

In an effort to assist Kids Care Clubs that are interested in participating in city-wide service events and are unable due to transportation costs, Hands On Nashville offers transportation subsidies. These subsidies – provided through a generous contribution from The Joe C. Davis Foundation – can be applied for once a Kids Care Club has made a reservation for a specific project at www.hon.org. Once the reservation is confirmed, Hands On Nashville will process the Club’s Joe C. Davis Foundation Transportation Subsidy Request Form.
