Check to See If You’re Already a Partner
Browse the Partner Directory to see if your agency is already registered. If so, and you want to take advantage of additional Preferred Partner benefits or simply learn how to better access our basic services, please contact Malinda Hersh, Volunteer Programs Manager, at (615) 298-1108 x101 or malinda@hon.org. 

If you are not currently a Partner or Preferred Partner:

Step 1: Make sure that…
Volunteers will not be asked to conduct or engage in direct religious or political activity. Volunteers will not be used to directly solicit funds for your organization.
Volunteers will not be sent to organizations that operate out of a private residence.

Step 2: Complete our online Agency Registration Form.
As soon as we receive your registration, one of our staff members will contact you to help answer any questions you may have and discuss which Hands On Nashville programs and services are a match for your agency’s needs.

Step 3: Complete our Partner Agreement.
To receive our help in accessing volunteers for your organization's ongoing positions or short-term assignments, we require verification of your nonprofit status, liability coverage, and completion of our Agency Partner Agreement. Please indicate on the form whether you are registering as a Preferred Partner. Click here to download the Agency Partner Agreement.

Note: If you register as a Preferred Partner and payment is not enclosed with your completed Partner Agreement, you will be invoiced.

Step 4: Start Recruiting Volunteers!
Once your Agency Partner Agreement has been received (including supporting documents and payment if applicable) and approved, you will be contacted to confirm your registration. Preferred Partners will be given access to begin posting their volunteer opportunities on our website.
