• Hands On Projects. Submit requests for done-in-a-day Hands On Projects that are managed by a trained HON Project Coordinator. Contact Malinda Hersh at (615) 298-1108 x101 or malinda@hon.org to request a project at your agency.
• Hands On Call. List urgent, last-minute, or special event volunteer needs in our bimonthly Hands On Call e-bulletin. Hands On Call is sent on the 5th and 25th of each month and reaches over 3,000 Hands On Nashville subscribers. Email Malinda Hersh at least 2 days in advance to post your opportunity.
• Volunteer Recognition. Nominate up to 5 of your most outstanding volunteers for the Mary Catherine Strobel Volunteers of the Year Awards, Middle Tennessee’s premier volunteer recognition ceremony.
• Participate in Days of Service. Submit project requests for special days of service, including PULSE Day, Kids Care Clubs service projects, and more.

Edit your listings, manage communication, and track volunteer hours with this convenient tool. Our website receives over 30,000 hits per year!
• List Your Special Events. Use our online project calendar to post your special events needing volunteer support. Volunteers can easily sign up and receive event information.
• Connect to Corporate Volunteers. Receive preferred referral status for corporate volunteer projects through our ImpACT@Work program. Current clients include Home Depot, First Tennessee Bank, McGraw Hill Digital Learning, and Target to name a few.
• Community Volunteer Guides. Promote your ongoing and seasonal volunteer opportunities in our Corporate Caring Guide, Youth Volunteer Guide, and Holiday Volunteer Guide.

• Priority Consideration for New Projects. Receive priority consideration for requests to have a Hand On Nashville Project Coordinator lead a done-in-a-day project at your agency as well as to host projects for special days of service.

How Much Does it Cost?
We know you operate on a tight budget. That’s why for as little as $100 per year – or a mere $8.33 per month – your agency can take advantage of the special benefits accorded a Preferred Partner. We continually seek to add new benefits that will allow you to spend less money on operations, so more of your money can support programs and services.
