Community-wide Events
Hands on Nashville has several signature events with participation and/or sponsorship opportunities. Each sponsorship level receives media placement and a variety of other benefits, including tickets to the event, teambuilding opportunities, and recognition in our monthly newsletter and website.
A Celebration of National Volunteer Week
- Overview
National Volunteer Week will be observed by Williamson County through a series of corporate servathon events between April 20 and 25. These event will include structured volunteer opportunities for businesses that will positively impact nonprofit organizations' and government agencies' needs in Williamson County.
- Audience
Williamson County-based businesses of all sizes are invited to participate.
- Sponsorship Opportunities
Hands On Nashville is seeking Williamson County-based businesses to serve as volunteers and sponsors of this servathon event. Sponsorships are available at two levels: Silver Hands Sponsorships - $500 and Golden Hands Sponsorships - $1,000. In-kind sponsorships include: supplies, paint, t-shirts, food, beverages, advertising, print materials, etc. In addition, corporations may sponsor teams of employee volunteers starting at $25 per person.
- Overview
The Mary Catherine Strobel Volunteer Awards is Middle Tennessee's largest, annual, luncheon event. These awards recognize individuals and groups who have selflessly given their time and talent to improve the community and its residents' quality of life.
- Audience
The Mary Catherine Strobel Volunteer Awards attracts over 800 guests who well represent Middle Tennessee's nonprofit community, as well as the volunteers and corporations who support these entities' missions.
- Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships are available at various levels: Table Sponsors ($1,000), Award Sponsors ($3,500), and Founding Sponsor ($10,000).
- Overview
Hands On Nashville Day is the community's largest annual volunteer day. For Hands On Nashville Day, 1,400 community volunteers team up with Metro Schools to complete dozens of school improvement projects - painting, landscaping, repairs, educational tool development, etc. - at up to 60 public school locations.
- Audience
Hands On Nashville Day participants are primarily working professionals - between the ages of 28 and 40 who live and work in Nashville and surrounding counties - and college students.
- Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships range from Bronze Bucket level ($1,000) to Presenting Sponsor ($20,000). In-kind sponsorships include: supplies, paint, t-shirts, food, beverages, advertising, print materials, etc. In addition, may corporations sponsor teams of employee volunteers starting at $25 per person.
