creates custom, hands-on, group service projects for
businesses to complement team-building, leadership
development, and philanthropy initiatives.
This fee based service is turn-key from beginning to
end and enables employees to get to the heart of
what matters - making a difference. Fees
received from corporate programs support HON's
year-round work to match community volunteers to
non-profit, government, and school projects.

most cases, HON asks for a donation of just $50 per
person to plan, implement, and evaluate custom
service projects. (Other local nonprofits and
professional consultants that offer hands-on,
team-building activities - such as the YMCA and
Habitat for Humanity - charge between $85 and $250
per person for a day-long exercise.) Fees
received from corporate programs support HON's
year-round work to match community volunteers to
non-profit, government, and school projects.
