Skills-based volunteerism is the intersection of people's professional skills and experience and the needs of local nonprofits. Skills-based volunteerism enhances existing volunteer skills and develops new ones. It also fosters deeper relationships with nonprofit partners. Hands On Nashville is dedicated to serving our Agency Partners and to creating meaningful experiences for our volunteers.
