Hands On Nashville is a 501c3 nonprofit that creates and leverages opportunities for people to transform their world through volunteer service.  We were founded in 1991 by a small group of emerging leaders with a simple vision - develop a way to make volunteering accessible and meaningful to busy working people. Today, we fulfill that vision through a wide range of dynamic programs and services.

Through our agency, volunteers can choose from short-term, managed group volunteer projects to long-term volunteer matches with area community agencies to volunteer leadership roles. We have targeted programs for children, teens, adults of all abilities and corporate employees.  As a Hands On Nashville volunteer you will not only give your time and talent, we make sure that you learn more about the community through service-learning, issue education and citizen involvement.
