Many of Hands On Nashville's agency partners accept donated items. Listed below is a "wish list" of items needed to help with the continuation of their successful programs. To donate your items, you can contact the agency directly but be sure to let the agencies know that Hands on Nashville sent you!

Agape Animal Rescue needs a commercial copy machine (or use of one in corporate office), heartworm and flea prevention medicine from a vet, gift certificates to be used for giveaways and auctions, use of large room or warehouse for training and meetings, 10x10(or larger) wooden storage unit, printing services, paper towels, shelving, gas cards for transporting dogs, Walmart gift certificates for general supplies, baby gates, and durable dog toys. Catholic Charities Refugee Services needs gently used sheets, bed pillows, blankets, bedspreads and comforters (Twin, Full, Queen), bath/hand towels, wash cloths, pots/pans/bake ware/dishes/glasses/eating utensils/sofas/chairs/lamps/kitchen table and chairs/mattresses and box springs (Twin, Full, Queen)/dressers/chest of drawers and bed frames. Fannie Battle Day Home for Children needs paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, baby wipes, laundry detergent(Dreft & other), batteries, school supplies, construction paper, games, dolls, writing paper, dress-up clothes, copy paper, photo paper, dry erase markers, card/cover stock, 3-ring binders, gift cards (Target, Wal-Mart, Grocery Stores, Office Supply, gas cards, etc.), teacher incentive gifts, and holiday giving items. Graceworks Ministries, Inc. Graceworks Ministries needs nonperishable food items such as canned vegetables, canned beans, canned soups, etc. as well as paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues) and cleaning supplies for the food pantry. The Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation needs standard office supplies; goody bag/gift items for event/program participants; cancer-related library books/informational materials; packaged, nutritious snacks; knitted caps/ball caps for cancer patients; and food and gas gift cards for patients. Vanderbilt Medical Center needs individually wrapped snacks, decks of cards, hand-held video games, paperback books (particularly light, cheerful books), trial sized shaving cream, deodorant, and mouthwash. Other items used to stock our Family Waiting Areas Activity Cart include trial-size toiletries, individually wrapped toothbrushes or any other item that might make a long wait a little more pleasant. Youth Encouragement Services needs small everyday children’s items such as: paint, paint brushes, construction paper, sports balls, educational software & materials, board games, coloring books, bibles, bubbles and sidewalk chalk. We are also in need of materials such as: multiple sized art canvas, large or medium plastic space makers, copy paper, plastic folding tables, office supplies and dry erase boards.
