Golden Years at the Fairgrounds
The Golden Years - Day of Fun, Food & Fitness for Seniors is a fun, free expo for seniors at the Fairgrounds Nashville. We are in need of volunteers to help with registration as well as lunch. Golden Years provides access to health information to area seniors, as well as providing a fun day out with all sorts of activities, including manicures, massages, cooking demos and more. Come make a difference in the lives of seniors by helping with this fun, one-day event!
