Be a Holiday Hero
As a Holiday Hero, you can help bring smiles to Middle Tennessee children during the holidays!
The Holiday Heroes program gives each child receiving services the opportunity to fill out a wish list for three gifts and have community volunteers fulfill these wish lists by signing up to “adopt” a child for the holidays.
Volunteers “Heroes” are asked to spend between $75 and $100 per child to fulfill the child’s top three holiday wishes. Volunteers may “adopt” one or more children or a sibling group. Gifts should be unwrapped, bagged together with the wish list in a clear sack, and the child’s name should be written on the outside of the bag. The gifts should be delivered to Youth Villages office on 3310 Perimeter Hill Dr. Nashville, TN 37211 on Monday, Dec. 4th between 8 am and 6 pm.
We will have more than 2000 youth served in the Holiday Heroes program and we can use all the help we can get! This is a great volunteer rpoejct for groups!
Age Minimum (with Adult): 2+, Minimum Age:16+
