NowPlayingNashville.com Internship
NowPlayingNashville.com is an online arts and entertainment calendar that is a one-stop source for information about performances, venues, festivals, sports, fundraisers, and community events in Middle Tennessee. Goals include audience development for arts and entertainment venues, promoting tourism, and encouraging the residents of Tennessee to take advantage of the region’s arts and entertainment offerings.
Internship responsibilities include:
Commitment is 10-15 hours per week during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Course credit is available.
Internship term is mid-January through mid-April, with some flexibility. To apply, express interest below.

- Writing and contributing ideas for NowPlayingNashville.com’s blog “How to Play Nashville”
- Helping to incorporate video into NowPlayingNashville.com’s website and blog by shooting and editing video clips, conducting interviews, and brainstorming potential video projects
- Entering and managing content to enhance NowPlayingNashville.com
- Supporting staff with social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and Tumblr)
