GivingMatters.com Internship
GivingMatters.com is an online database of comprehensive information about more than 1,500 Middle Tennessee nonprofits. It allows users to find a nonprofit fitting their interests, learn about issues affecting our region, and give to organizations easily and securely. In addition to creating and maintaining profiles, the GivingMatters.com team is also the primary source of technical support for nonprofits participating in The Big Payback, our community’s 24-hour, online giving event designed to increase philanthropy in Middle Tennessee.
Internship responsibilities include:
Commitment is 10-15 hours per week during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Course credit is available.
Internship term is mid-January through mid-April, with some flexibility. To apply, express interest below.
Internship responsibilities include:
- Creating brief videos in support of GivingMatters.com’s role as a hub of information regarding community needs (Videos will serve as easy entry points to learn more about the 25+ issues currently highlighted on the GivingMatters.com website)
- Updating the Issue Overviews page of GivingMatters.com
- Developing a marketing campaign for GivingMatters.com as a participant in The Big Payback
