2015 Tuesdays for Tots
The 2015 series of Tuesdays for Tots begins January 6 and continues through May.
Creative, art-loving assistants who enjoy working with small children are needed to assist with these morning drop-in art classes for children ages 3 to 5, attending with their parents/guardians. The instructor will have determined the curriculum for the morning, with a set project for the children to execute in their own ways. Assistants support the instructor, helping prepare for the class, guiding the young Picassos and clearing out the studio afterwards.
Classes run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesdays and are held in the lower-level studios of the Learning Center. Assistants are asked to arrive by 9:45 a.m. for a brief orientation before class. Two to four assistants are needed each week.
