Music City Star Disaster Drill

Regional Transportation Authority of Middle Tennessee (RTA) needs volunteers of all ages to act as victims in a full scale disaster drill. This drill will allow first responders to practice their emergency readiness and life saving skills. Volunteer victims will need to check in at the RTA Lebanon Train Station at 9:15 a.m. to receive their assignments and will be briefed on how to act and what will happen once the drill begins.

Some volunteer victims may be transported on busses, acting as mock ambulances, to area hospitals so that their emergency teams can also practice their skills. These volunteers will be driven back to the Lebanon station before the end of the event.

This event will be on a non-moving passenger train and volunteers may be sitting or lying on the rail car floor or ground, so wear comfortable clothing and bring minimal personal belongings.

Light snacks and water will be provided.
The opportunity date and time you are looking for is no longer available.
