East Nashville Farmers Market Volunteer
Do you enjoy going to your local farmers' market? Then why not share that experience with your friends and neighbors! East Nashville Farmer's Market is looking for volunteers that would like to help make this market season the best yet!
Market days are every Wednesday (May-October) 3:30-7
As a volunteer your duties may include:
• Operating the market EBT machine (This is a critical position that will help ensure that all Nashvillians have access to fresh, healthy foods and have the opportunity to meet their local farmer that grew their food!)
• Providing market patrons with information and assistance regarding the market
• Arriving 30 minutes before the market to help set up market tents and booths, and assist in preparing for any special events
• Help take down market tents and booths and assist in market clean up
• Share your ideas to make the farmers' market even better and help make those ideas happen!
We would love to have volunteers that can commit to at least once a month throughout market season, which runs May thru October.
