ABOUT RINGMASTERS
Ringmasters is a barbershop quartet that was founded in autumn 2006. The members Jacob Stenberg (tenor), Rasmus Krigström (lead), Emanuel Roll (baritone) and Martin Wahlgren (bass) have all studied at Adolf Fredrik’s Music School and graduated at Stockholm High School of Music. It was through secondary school chamber choir that they got to know each other and discover the joy of singing barbershop harmony and eventually affiliate with SNOBS (The Society of Nordic Barbershop Singers). Ringmasters has enjoyed a great deal of success in singing competitions. In October 2007, the quartet won the IAB international barbershop competition in Cork (Ireland). They went on to win first a place gold medal at the Nordic Barbershop Quartet Contest in Stockholm (April 2008), and won the Barbershop Harmony Society International Collegiate Championship in July 2008 in Nashville, Tennessee. On July 8, 2012 at the Society's International Convention in Portland, Oregon, they became the first quartet from outside North America to win the prestigious gold medal as International Quartet Champions. The quartet draws inspiration from other vocal groups such as Vocal Spectrum, Take 6, Cadence, Four Voices and Second Edition, but also influenced by the likes of The Beatles. Ringmasters continues to perform across the globe. More about Ringmasters can be found online at www.ringmasters.se.

ABOUT THE NASHVILLE SINGERS
Funding for and focus on the performing arts is at an all-time low. Wanting to make a difference, the Nashville Singers organization was founded in November of 2008 with a mission to enrich lives through singing and the support of music education. This male chorus of volunteer singers raises funds to support music education and fulfills this mission by presenting master classes on the art of a cappella singing to middle and high school students and vocal performance clinics to adults. Some of the world-class clinicians collaborating with the Nashville Singers to lead these programs include Derric Johnson and Dr. Kirby Shaw. In addition, the Nashville Singers have awarded $13,250 in music education grants and scholarships in the last six years, impacting hundreds of students in Middle Tennessee and beyond. Each year, the Nashville Singers also recognize an outstanding music educator by presenting the annual Carol Crittenden Arts Advocate of the Year Award. Our 501c3 nonprofit, philanthropic, performing arts organization derives 30% of its annual revenue from special events like this annual concert. Since forming in November of 2008, this volunteer vocal ensemble has learned 70+ songs, released two audio CDs, racked up 100 performances for 64 clients in ten counties across Tennessee, and produced a successful concert series which has attracted 2,500+ concert attendees from 43 cities in 10 states across the USA. Their cumulative audience to date numbers almost 50,000 people. The Nashville Business Journal’s annual “Book of Lists” has ranked the Nashville Singers in the “Top 10” in their annual list of the top performing arts organizations in Middle Tennessee for four consecutive years. For more information about Nashville Singers, visit them online at nashvillesingers.org or follow the chorus via social media on Facebook, Twitter, ReverbNation, and LinkedIn.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Back in the summer of 2008, four men got together, not to sing, but to lay the groundwork for the formation of a new nonprofit organization called The Nashville Singers, Inc. Out of those early meetings was born a new men’s a cappella group dedicated to vocal excellence and the support of music education. It wasn’t until the fall of 2013 that these guys even thought of forming a quartet. It just never came up. After running through a few songs at a Nashville Singers rehearsal, members Bruce Cokeroft, Taylor Wilson, Harlan Wilson and Todd Wilson made their public debut on the 2013 Season of Harmony concert as The Founders and enjoy singing songs performed by the Suntones.

ABOUT VINTAGE MIX
This family foursome is a mixed ensemble of 15-year-old quadruplets that enjoy singing Barbershop, A Cappella, Standards, Show Tunes, Hymns and Spirituals. Over the past few years, Vintage Mix has had many opportunities to perform both locally and nationally to include singing in Pittsburgh for the 2015 International Barbershop Convention, in Reno for the 2016 Mid-Winter Convention, on the USS Milwaukee, the Chicago Toy and Game Fair, the Cannery Ballroom and the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. We know you will enjoy this young, talented quartet consisting of Ian, Kelsey, Anika, and Julia.

ABOUT HOLLY THOMPSON
Holly Thompson joined the WSMV news team in 1997. She has won multiple Emmy and Associated Press Awards and co-anchors Channel 4 News Today and Channel 4 News at Noon. Her resume includes producing, shooting, writing, editing, anchoring, and reporting. She graduated with Distinction of University Honors from Middle Tennessee State University, receiving her degree in Mass Communications in 1994.
