Foot Clinic at Resource Shelter- North Nashville
Our friends experiencing homelessness spend a lot of time on their feet, often without well-fitting shoes, and without access to hygiene or regular medical care. At our bi-monthly Resource Shelter, we have foot clinic in addition to other services. This involves soaking friends' feet, caring for any wounds or blisters, and having dignifying and connecting conversations.
This is a great place to use medical expertise or first aid experience!
We provide all the supplies - Epsom salts, lotion, first aid supplies, and clean socks.
Once you've expressed interest, we'll email you and are glad to answer any questions.
