Weed Wrangle on the Cumberland River Greenway with the Chew Crew
Greenways for Nashville is partnering with the Nashville Chew Crew and CrossFit H Dub to clear invasive plants along the Cumberland River Greenway. Exact parking instructions and Volunteer Waiver will be emailed prior to the event.
Please bring gloves and a water bottle.
Willing and able adults (age 16 and over) will be tasked with uprooting invasive plants along the sloped bank of the Cumberland River. Others, including children, will have the opportunity to meet the Chew Crew, learn about invasive plants, and assist in picking-up debris along the greenway. This event is geared for the whole family!
Working side by side with the sheep of the Chew Crew will be a great way to clear out the invasive plants!
