NGH Jazz Brunch Event Support
Event set-up, 7 to 9 a.m.:
Arrange flowers
Help set chairs
Lay table cloths
Set out silverware and glasses
Auction set-up (there are only a few pieces of artwork for silent auction so it will not be difficult) 8:45 to 9:15 a.m.
Guest check in 9:15 to 9:45 a.m.
Close and event breakdown 12 to 1 p.m.
Food will be provided. Volunteers may stay for the event but there are no seats available.
