Meals on Wheels Driver
FiftyForward's Meals on Wheels program delivers hot meals to homebound seniors who otherwise might not receive adequate nutrition. Delivery drivers are needed Monday-Friday from approximately 10:30 am - 1:30 pm. Drivers pick up 6 - 10 meals from the Meals on Wheels location at Second Presbyterian Church and deliver them to recipients using directions supplied by the Meals on Wheels Director.
Volunteers may choose to be assigned a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly route or may request to be a substitute driver, to be called on when regular route drivers are unavailable. Drivers provide their own transportation and must have a valid driver's license.
