Cheekwood in Bloom
Come lend your hands and talents on Saturdays during Cheekwood in Bloom. On these dates--- March 22, 29 and April 5, 12 and 26--- Cheekwood will offer a variety of arts activities for children with their families, in the studios of our Learning Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Our volunteers support both the instructor and the children who participate. Responsibilities include helping set up the studio, encouraging the young visitors as they engage in the day’s planned project and freshening the studio afterward.
Shifts are 9:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and noon to 2:15 p.m. Four volunteers are needed for each shift. Volunteers are encouraged and welcome to go out and enjoy our gardens and museum of art after their shifts.
