Teach ESL to new Americans
Instruct refugees and immigrants in their pursuit of the English language. Prior teaching experience is not necessary.
Training and resources are provided. Classes operate Monday through Thursday, mornings (9 – 11 a.m. & 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.) and evenings (6 -8 p.m.), according to the Metro Nashville Public Schools calendar.
Volunteers should plan to commit to at least 1 class session each week for 4 months (approximately 3 hours a week).
