Volunteer on 9/11 Day of Service and Remembrance-Westminster Home Connection

The 9/11 National Day of Service started as a way to volunteer and support nonprofits, perform positive work and engage in other service activities in observance of the anniversary of the attacks of September 11, 2001.

FiftyForward RSVP (Retired & Senior Volunteer Program) is sponsoring and inviting volunteers to participate in a city-wide community volunteer service project in conjunction with September 11th National Day of Service and Remembrance on Thursday, September 11th in honor of veterans, active duty military, military families, low income individuals, and seniors.

Volunteers are needed and will be working to benefit Westminster Home Connection-FiftyForward Client Home Repair.

Westminster Home Connection does “building/repair” projects of social service organizations serving elderly, low income clients in Nashville. Volunteers will assist with a home repair, maintenance, and/or yard maintenance.
