Heart Walk Needs You!
Come out to the 2014 Annual Greater Nashville Heart Walk!
We need volunteers to help with the following:
1st Shift: (Volunteers will be able to participate in the walk at 10:30 a.m.)

We need volunteers to help with the following:
1st Shift: (Volunteers will be able to participate in the walk at 10:30 a.m.)
Greeters:
- Help direct participants from parking lot to event site
- Cheer at front entrance to welcome participants
- Hand out bags and programs to participants upon entry
- Placed throughout site to answer logistical questions (Where’s the bathroom? Where is water?, etc.)
- Place thank you notes on the windshield of cars in the lot
- Unload bin and help set up activity inside of a sponsor’s tent
- Help direct participants through heart activity and hand out prizes accordingly
- Assist in clean up of items in tent and placement of items back in coordinating bin
Route:
- Cheer on participants along route
- Hand out giveaways
- Hand out water
- Direct to bathrooms
- Remove signage from tents and put on U-Haul
- Help load bins onto U-Haul or truck
- Pop and help pick up balloon arches and other balloons
- Assist Vanderbilt Communications and AHA Staff in any requested clean-up. (We do not do trash.)
