Heart Walk needs a massage therapist!
The American Heart Association is looking for a trained masseuse or masseur (or someone currently completing training who needs hours), to volunteer their time at the annual Greater Nashville Heart Walk on October 4.
The right candidate will need to be set up and ready to go by 7:45am and will be able to pack up at 10:00am. He/she will also need to be able to supply their own chair and table.
Heart Disease and Stroke are the number one and number four killers in America. Those who survive these events go on to lead a life often filled with many struggles--not to mention their family members and caregivers who also have their own share of hurdles. We would like to offer them this time to escape for a few minutes and enjoy the art of massage.
