The Salvation Army Magness-Potter Community Center needs youth volunteers ages 14-18 to help tutor students in grades 1-5 after school. Tutors proficient in all subjects are welcome! It is preferred that volunteers for this project are able to commit to attend for at least one month. All volunteers are required to have an Online Liability Form on file prior to attending a HON Youth Volunteer Corps project. When completing the form, a parent must be present to provide an e-signature. 
 
The Salvation Amy is a faith-based nonprofit serving Nashville since 1890 to lend a hand of assistance to families in greatest need. Their mission is to serve these families so that they may lift themselves from crisis to stability and independence.
