Front Desk / Greeter for GED Students - Begin Anew Nashville
Due to COVID-19 we do not have greeter opportunities at this time. We hope to return with this opportunity as soon as officials determine it is safe to do so.
Begin Anew is a faith based education program working to empower individuals to overcome obstacles created by poverty. We provide GED test prep, English as a Second Language and Computer and Job skills classes to adults as well as mentoring and access to resources.
We are currently searching for summer volunteers to assist with welcoming students and other volunteers when they arrive. This involves sitting behind the front desk of the church and buzzing people into the parking lot and front doors. The greeter will also assist in directing students to the correct class.
Position requires volunteers submit an application and references and complete general and position specific training.
