Volunteer Corps

Volunteers are an important component of the Adventure Science Center team! They are a dedicated group of individuals who serve a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. Volunteers have the opportunity to get involved with Adventure Science Center through a variety of volunteer shifts and assignments. From ScienceQuest camps and planetarium shows to assisting with programs and events, there is a place for everyone!
 
Some volunteer shifts include:
  • Exhibit Facilitator
  • Event Day Demonstrator
  • Homeschool Lyceum Assistant
  • ScienceQuest Camp Assistant
  • Planetarium Cart Demonstrator
  • i2 Assistant Maker
  • & many more!
Interested volunteers are asked to complete a volunteer application, phone interview, background check, and volunteer orientation! All scheduling is flexible, self-scheduled and volunteers are requested to commit for at least 6 hours a month for 6 months.
