Natchez Trace Trail - Volunteer Leader

Resolve to serve in 2018: Hands On Nashville is seeking dedicated Restoration Volunteer Leaders to manage maintenance projects on the Natchez Trace Trail. The Natchez Trace Parkway is a 444-mile trail through exceptional scenery and 10,000 years of North American history. Used by American Indians, “Kaintucks”, settlers, and future presidents, the Old Trace played an important role in American history. Help us maintain a piece of Tennessee’s past!
Restoration Leadership benefits:
  • Cultivate skills in volunteer and project management
  • Learn about invasive species, sustainability, and Tennessee’s environmental health
  • Become more involved in the community
Read more about the Natchez Trace Trail here: https://www.nps.gov/natt/index.htm Scheduled trainings and project frequency depend on you, the volunteer - Let us know if you’re interested!
