Meal Prep with The Nashville Food Project at St. Luke's
The Nashville Food Project is now cooking from the kitchen of St. Luke's Community House, providing meals to their preschoolers and for their senior mobile meals program. We take great pride in producing nutritious meals and snacks using seasonal ingredients. We need a few helping hands to assist daily with meal preparations at St. Luke's.
Volunteers can expect tasks such as washing and chopping vegetables and fruits, preparing snacks, prepping for a breakfast meal and plating hot lunches for the senior meals program.
Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothing appropriate for kitchen work.
