Special Event Volunteers: Plan Gallatin - Community Input on Growth
The Gallatin Mayor, Council members and City staff are launching PLAN GALLATIN - the first step in giving Gallatin's residents the opportunity to have a say about Gallatin’s future.
The kick off event for PLAN GALLATIN's launch is a Lawn Party on June 18th. It is followed by several public open houses designed to learn more, and to give everyone the opportunity to share what they love about living and working in Gallatin, the city, and what their hopes are for Gallatin's future development.
We are looking for two to four volunteers to help with registration at each of the event dates below. If you are able to help, please sign up for the shifts accordingly. We will follow up with you after you sign up to help.
Volunteers are needed for each event from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The events will run from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on each of the dates.
- Tuesday June 18, Citywide Kickoff Event
- Wed June 26, District #4
- Thurs June 27, District #3
- Mon July 8, District #2
- Thurs July 11, District #5
- Wed July 17, District #1
