Create a Pumpkin Patch
McNeilly Center for Children provides high quality early care and education for almost 300 low-income children. Our main center, located in East Nashville, is a certified wildlife habitat, and on property we have a chicken coop, butterfly garden, and fruit trees and hope to soon have a pumpkin patch!
We need help, though, creating that pumpkin patch and are seeking a volunteer to start ASAP to help prepare the ground and plant the seeds, and then help us maintain the pumpkin garden until the pumpkins are ready to be harvested.
If you have any interest, even if you are only able to help till the plot or plant the seeds, but not help with maintenance, please get in touch!
