Mobile Shower Volunteer
We’re looking for empathetic, hard-working, and flexible individuals to help us provide mobile showers and hygiene supplies to individuals in need by becoming a shower squad member! By serving with us, you will create relationships with the folks we serve, build community, and have a better understanding of issues within our community.
Volunteer Tasks:
- Check-in guests.
- Hand out hygiene supplies.
- Clean showers between guests.
- Distribute food.
- Enjoy spending time with our shower guests!
Wear clothes you do not care about getting ruined! We use bleach to clean the showers, so clothes can be ruined. We will also be outside, so dress appropriately for the weather!

Shower The People’s primary purpose is to show love by providing mobile shower facilities to homeless individuals in the community. We believe that a shower is an essential part of a person’s well-being and self-worth. Our focus will be on the homeless community of Nashville, TN. However, we may also be available for disaster relief assistance and other outreach efforts.
