Recycle Roundup Team Member
The Tennessee Environmental Council is working with the City of Oak Hill to spread recycling awareness through our Recycle Right Oak Hill program. In partnership with Unity of Nashville we are hosting a recycle round up. Through this event we will help residents of Oak Hill understand the recycling policies of their community and will help residents sort their hard to recycle recyclables (like computers, clothes, and phones). We need volunteers to assist people who are dropping off their recyclables; there will be two different volunteer roles, please email Ezra Schley if you have a preference for a certain role.
Recycling Guard- We need at least 2 volunteers to monitor what goes into the recycling bins to ensure that there are no contaminants--also help educate participants how to recycle right
Moving Assistant- These 3-4 volunteers will help participants unload their recyclables from their vehicles and help carry them to the drop off location
Age Minimum (with Adult): 12+, Minimum Age:18+
