Legal Volunteer #VirtualVolunteer
Job description: Coordinate legal communications and schedules in regards to intellectual property and some contractual law for Doing Good.
Time: Approximately 1-4 hours/month.
Responsibilities:
- Majority of time will be in Intellectual Property (IP)-oriented work with limited contractual efforts
- Serve as liaison with IP lawyer
- Work closely with Executive Director and at least two other legal volunteers
- Use Google Drive
- The activities are primarily on your own and virtual, however someone located in the 14-county area of Middle Tennessee is preferred in this role.
Responsibilities:
Strategize legal ideas with Doing Good committees, board, and executive director.
Implement these ideas.
