Hands On Nashville Site Coordinator #VirtualVolunteer
Job description: Strategize and implement HR efforts for Doing Good by managing the Hands On Nashville website for Doing Good.
Time: Approximately 1-4 hours/month.
Activities:
- "Own" the Hands On Nashville website for Doing Good primarily by posting the volunteer opportunities. Another activity is posting in-kind donation requests.
- Respond to those interested in volunteering. (Serve as the initial response via email to introduce the potential volunteer to the executive director.)
- Participate in monthly HR Committee conference call to share, discuss, strategize, plan, and carry out Doing Good HR activities with committee.
- Use Google Drive.
These activities are primarily on your own time and virtual, however someone located in the 14-county area is preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
Strategize and implement HR ideas with Doing Good committees, board, and executive director.
Assist in recruiting and retaining Doing Good volunteers.
Age Minimum (with Adult): 22+, Minimum Age:18+
