Model Train Conductor
Our exhibit, Trains!, returns for its 35th year at Adventure Science Center. We are in search of people who can come help us maintain these trains. You don't have to have any prior experience, as our staff can train you when you arrive. As a volunteer in this exhibit, you will help our staff clean and rotate engines, troubleshoot inactive trains, and monitor the exhibit space for safety and cleanliness. This exhibit helps bring joy to our community and helps further the Center's mission of opening every mind to the wonders of science and technology. If you've seen this exhibit in the past, be sure to sign up again as we've made some updates.
All volunteers over the age of 18 must submit and complete a background check to be eligible to volunteer with Adventure Science Center. Currently, there is no mask requirement for volunteers, staff, or guests regardless of age or vaccination status.
