Come Read with Preschoolers!
Come read to the students of King's Daughters Child Development Center!
Our friends love to see members of the community visit our center and spend time with them, especially when they are reading to them! We are looking for friendly volunteers to come and read with our students. We'd love to see it turn into a recurring event but understand if that can't be the case - we'd just love to have you!
This opportunity doesn't have to take too much time out of your day; in fact, it would likely take 30 minutes or less (unless you are reading to multiple classrooms). Each classroom has its own regular daily schedule, so we will incorporate volunteer reading times during intervals that work best for the students and teachers.
