Tree Fest - Donelson Tree Giveaway Booth Volunteer
Join the fun to help Nashville Tree Foundation distribute free trees at 4 different locations for Tree Fest 2022!
Please note, this registration page is for giving away trees at the Hip Donelson Farmer's Market.

Sun 10/23 10:00AM – Musicians Corner Fall Market at Centennial Park
Tue 10/25 3:00PM - East Nashville Farmers Market
Sat 10/29 10:00AM – Richland Park Farmers' Market
Tasks include unloading trees from trucks, assisting with registration, handing out container trees, and post-event cleanup. Volunteers will receive first dibs on leftover trees.
Please wear sturdy shoes and bring your own drinking water, sunscreen & snacks. The events are rain or shine unless hazardous weather.
WAIVER INFORMATION FROM NASHVILLE TREE FOUNDATION
By registering to participate, you agree to practice "safe health" protocols while at the event. This includes properly wearing your face mask, sanitizing your hands frequently, staying 6 feet from one another, and most importantly: If you are experiencing any symptoms of the COVID19 virus you agree to stay home and do not volunteer.
By registering, you release and discharge Nashville Tree Foundation, Hands on Nashville, and their partners, officers, directors, employees, agents and volunteers, and the city of Nashville from any claim, demand or cause of action that may be asserted by or on behalf of you as a result of your volunteering for activities at this event. You grant all parties the right to use photographs and video or audio recordings of you while volunteering, in any medium, without pay.
