Elementary & Middle School Tutoring
Martha O'Bryan Center is seeking tutors to work with our elementary and middle school students. This will include homework help for all age groups. Middle school tutors will assist students with research projects, math, and science. Tutors will serve for about 1-2 hours each time they volunteer. Tutors may choose to serve on all weekdays or on select days of the week or month, depending on how much time they would like to commit. Martha O'Bryan Center runs after-school programming for elementary and middle school students at 10 different sites, all in East Nashville. With the help of dedicated volunteers, we can help close the achievement gap that exists in our community.
