Our mission is to empower individuals and families to resolve and move beyond conflict through mediation. Since 2000, NCRC has been unique in providing Davidson County residents with free and sliding-scale mediation services. We use a restorative approach to conflict resolution that draws both on ADR best practices and research regarding compassionate, trauma-informed care.
