Opportunity Details
Basketball 3 on 3 Scorekeepers - Franklin
Volunteers will either be scoring on paper (fouls/score) or keeping the score and time on the time clock. Knowledge of basketball scorekeeping and timing will be very helpful. This is a fast-paced event and familiarity with the game of basketball is a must.
You will be sitting to score. Please wear comfortable clothing. This event is held indoors, however, bring a jacket as it can get cold in the gyms.
Please do not use your cell phone while scoring.
Lunch/Dinner will be provided if you are working two shifts that flow through lunch or dinner time.
Please report to the gym and check in with a sports chair or staff person and let them know you are there to help.
VOLUNTEER SHIRT PICK-UP
Each volunteer will receive a volunteer shirt. It is great if you can wear your shirt while volunteering. If it is not possible to pick up your shirt before your shift just wear something comfortable. You can pick up your shirt during the times listed below. Note: If you are signed up for the Pre-Registration shift you will get your shirt when you arrive.
