Fall Fest at the Hermitage
Volunteer participation is crucial to the success of Fall Fest at the Hermitage. Over 100 volunteers from across our community are needed at a variety of volunteer opportunities on Saturday, October 1 and Sunday, October 2.
- Exhibitor Hospitality: Assist Art Exhibitors with any special needs including setting up booths, staff booths during exhibitor’s break, answering questions.
- Fall Fest ticketing and merchandise: Greet guest, answer questions, sell and accept admission tickets, handle cash transactions.
- Children’s Art and Community Art Project: Provide assistance to children with various art projects by organizing supplies, assisting young artists, monitoring participation.
- Parking: Direct traffic in and out of the Fall Fest parking lot.
