Front Desk Receptionist
For anyone living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS – and those who want to help end the epidemic in Middle Tennessee – Nashville CARES is the premier HIV/AIDS agency in the region. We provide comprehensive education, a broad range of targeted services and effective advocacy, all in a highly personal, confidential and compassionate manner. We are proactively and aggressively working to end the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Middle Tennessee. But we can't do it alone!
Smiling faces are needed to operate our reception desk. Responsibilities include greeting guests and clients, answering phones, routing calls, and assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed. Training is provided.
Time commitment: Volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of one shift a week for twelve weeks. Daytime shifts are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1 to 5 p.m.
