Renewal House
http://www.renewalhouse.orgOur Mission: In community with addicted women and their children, Renewal House fosters healing, resiliency and continuing recovery to enhance family health. Realizing Our Mission: Renewal House is Nashville’s first, largest and most comprehensive family-centered recovery community for women and their children. Mothers come to Renewal House with a substance-use addiction, unemployed and often homeless. Renewal House helps addicted women live sober, self-sufficient lives with an intensive, long-term program that incorporates: drug-free housing; case management; outpatient treatment for alcohol and drug addiction; education and training in parenting, basic life skills, and job readiness; and, employment placement assistance. In 2012, Renewal House added Middle Tennessee’s only Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program for Pregnant and Postpartum Women to our continuum of services. Since opening our doors in 1996, more than 600 mothers and children have experienced new beginnings.
