Disaster Action Team Member Needed in Montgomery County
Did you make a New Year’s resolution to volunteer? The Red Cross is recruiting volunteers to prepare and respond and help communities during local disasters. The Red Cross will train all volunteers to help clients following a disaster. Some examples of disasters are: Home Fire, Flood or Tornado.
This volunteer position is responsible for responding during local emergencies to ensure that clients have food, shelter and clothing, following a local disaster. Time will vary depending on disaster scale and the need. Help provide assistance join a Red Cross Volunteer Disaster Team Today!
