Spread Cheer with WinterWonder Boxes at Nurses for Newborns

Join Nurses for Newborns of TN in providing care packages for families and newborns in vulnerable situations this holiday season. Build and donate a box or multiple boxes with family and friends or mobilize your workplace, organization, place of worship, school, or neighborhood to host a drive!

The holiday season can be a difficult and expensive time for many people, especially pregnant or new moms experiencing complications and hardships. In addition to the services, we provide for our clients throughout the year, we want to be able to spread some cheer with you during the month of December to help our moms feel cared for.

What Volunteers Will Do:
You build the box or boxes with our list of items and then drop them off on December 5th between 12-6 at our office and we will bring them to the families.

Nurses for Newborns of Tennessee exists to provide a safety net for families most at-risk of infant mortality, child abuse and neglect; medically fragile babies; mothers with medical, mental health, or substance abuse concerns; and teen parents needing assistance. NFN nurses conduct assessments of newborns and mothers, educate on infant care and critical milestones, promote a positive parenting approach, and connect families to needed early interventions and resources.
