The Community Resource Center partners with over nonprofits, schools, and faith-based communities to provide basic hygiene and household necessities that are not covered by government assistance programs. The CRC currently serves Middle Tennesseans in 7 counties and 9 school districts by supplying bulk hygiene and household cleaning products and through community and school-wide hygiene pantries. The CRC is officially partnered with the city of Nashville’s Office of Emergency Management and activates during times of disaster. As a named partner in Metro Nashville’s Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan, the CRC’s work to distribute donated goods is a critical component of both short and long-term disaster recovery efforts, as well as in support for Middle Tennesseans facing ongoing need.
