Thank you for visiting our 2023 Holiday Wishlist, where we have rounded up our community partners' donation needs for this holiday season. Your generosity is greatly appreciated! Please reach out to individual organizations should you have questions about their particular donation needs or instructions for shipping/dropoff/pickup. Also please note that organizations are looking for newly purchased items — not used — unless otherwise noted below.

 

BELL Garden is in need of various gardening supplies in order for volunteers to grow produce. Both individual donations and Amazon wishlist items accepted. Community Resource Center needs new, personal hygiene and household cleaning products. Items include shampoo (full/travel size), bar soap (full/travel size), toothpaste (full/travel size), toothbrushes, deodorant, natural hair care products, period products, diapers, baby wipes, laundry powder/pods, and disinfectant spray/wipes. Dismas House needs gently used men's clothing, hygiene products, and other wishlist items for men as they transitionin out of incarceration. Dream Streets is focusing on our youth and those in need of temporary housing this holiday season. They will be opening up transitional housing units in January 2024 and increasing the youths reached with more safe activities throughout the year. Household items are needed for these new units as well as teen snacks and games, etc. Both individual donations and Amazon withlist items accepted. Family & Children's Service is in need of household items (detergent, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, kitchen cookware), hair care products (brushes, wide tooth combs, conditioner, hair gel, hair ties, leave-in conditioner), hygiene items (baby wipes, deoderant), kids winter coats, board games, and sports equipment (footballs, soccer balls, spikeball, etc). Friends of Mill Ridge Park needs garden supplies such as loppers, gloves of various sizes, and soil, as well as yoga mats. Both individual donations and Amazon wishlist items accepted. Friends of Shelby Park is in need of several outdoor tools. Both individual donations and Amazon wishlist items accepted. From Your Father needs items for the single mothers they serve. Bath robes, slippers, candles, white noise machines, weighted blankets and water bottles. Both individual donations and Amazon wishlist items accepted. Gilda's Club Middle Tennessee is in need of hospitality items for hosting community events, gifts and gift cards for our children and families, and items that help us organize and run our clubhouse. High Hopes Development Center needs therapy toys, school supplies and books. Both individual donations and Amazon wishlist items accepted: books/toys or school supplies. Hospital Hospitality House needs every day household items for our families such as K-cups, non- perishable snacks, toilet paper, paper towels, travel size toiletries, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and cleaning products. Both individual donations or Amazon wishlist items accepted. Martha O'Bryan Center is having a children's winter clothing drive! Sizes need are 3T through Kids Large. We would prefer items be new OR very lightly used (less than 3 uses). Items include: puffer jackets, mittens, gloves, hats, scarves. Both individual donations and Amazon wishlist items accepted. The center is also hosting a Seniors Christmas Drive! Small gift items are needed to be distributed with the Seniors Meals on Wheels Program (and spread some holiday cheer!) These items can include: wool socks (new), crossword puzzles, sudoku, adult coloring books + colored pencils, Rubix cubes, mugs, hot chocolate, tea bags and instant coffee. Monroe Harding is in need of movie passes, $50 Walmart, Kroger, and Gas gift cards. Partner with us to be a Super Elf and underwrite the ultimate festive bash at Dave and Busters ($500)! Funds for outings such as bowling, Top Golf, Zoolumination and ICE Gaylord are also needed. Your generosity turns moments into memories for these special young people. MOVE Inclusive Dance needs cleaning supplies that help the studio continue efforts in keeping the dancers and their families healthy during this time of year. Only Amazon wishlist items accepted. Nashville General Hospital Foundation needs warm clothes for men, women and children. XXL mens sweatshirts, XXL mens sweatpants, XL women's tops and XL women's pants. Fleece Blankets, socks for men, women, and children. All items needed must be new. Winter months can be very harsh and many times we have people come to Nashville General Hospital that are unhoused and need warm clothes when then leave the hospital. Senior Renaissance Center needs items that can be used as bingo prizes. Our long-time, older participants at Senior Renaissance Center are big fans of bingo—hosted every Monday and Friday. For some, this outing is one of a very few each week. We welcome any donations to help support our "bingo prize" options. Our Amazon wishlist provides an assortment of household cleaning supplies as well as shelf stable, individually wrapped snacks/treats. Contact Bre Clark breanamclark@gmail.com for questions.

Shower the People has curated a special wishlist filled with essential items tailored for the winter months. This list includes warm clothing such ppas coats, hats, scarves, gloves, and thermal socks to keep our community members protected from the cold. Additionally, we aim to provide hygiene kits comprising toiletries, sanitary products, and grooming essentials to ensure everyone can maintain their well-being during this festive season. Your support in fulfilling these holiday-specific items will bring warmth, comfort, and joy to those in need during this special time of year. Both individual donations and Amazon wishlist items accepted. St. Luke's Community House is in need of new toys to ensure that families with limited means no longer must choose between rent and food or Christmas presents during the holiday season. Tennessee Resettlement Aid is in need of men’s coats in all sizes except XXL, as well as beanie hats and socks, long sleeve shirts, and sweaters for men. Additionally, blankets, bedding and sleeping bags are needed. Items can be used or new. These items are for asylum-seekers, mostly men and families sleeping rough in Davidson county. The Branch of Nashville is in need of operational supplies to continue feeding those in need during the holiday season. Both individual donations and Amazon wishlist items accepted. The Contributor, Inc. needs 120 Gallon size zip lock baggies filled with individual serving tuna paks, granola bars, protein bars, hand warmers, socks, and other items for people who are homeless. Both individual donations and Amazon wishlist items accepted. The Land Trust for Tennessee is in need of supplies to sustain and maintain their 64-acre farm for community programs to continue efforts to educate others on their mission to conserve the unique character of Tennessee’s natural and historic landscapes and sites for future generations. The Salvation Army Nashville needs help with their Forgotten Angel Spark Good List from Walmart to make sure no one on the Angel Tree goes home without presents for under the tree! Both Individual and Walmart Spark Good wishlist items accepted.
