• Begin Anew of Middle Tennessee needs items for students participating in our three educational programs: High School Equivalency, English Language Learning, and Computer and Job Skills. Items include notebooks, paper, pencils, file folders, copy printer paper, and more. • Bethlehem Centers of Nashville is a multi-services non-profit community center that provides programs and services for children, youth, seniors and families in North Nashville. Our Holiday Wish List items include: New Toys for children ages 0-12 Years Old (Male and Females), Socks, Gloves, Winter Hats for Seniors (Males and Females), Household Cleaning Products that include Liquid Detergent, Dish Washing Liquids, Soap, Deodorant, Wash Cloths, Towels. • Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle TN hopes to bring holiday cheer to all our families in need. Some of their families are unable to receive support for the holidays, so they are collecting gift cards for parents/guardians to purchase presents for their children during the holiday season. • Dream Streets will use the items on this wish list for our after-school program, food ministry, and kids events throughout the year. Here are our greatest needs: galloon zip lock bags, paper towels, hand sanitizer wipes, mini water bottles/ mini-Gatorade bottles, yard games, youth size basketballs, nerf footballs, kinetic sand & play dough kits, and individual kid friendly snacks: favorites are goldfish, teddy grahams, Pringles, and fruit snacks. • Friends of Mill Ridge Park needs “Secret Santas” at all levels of contribution to donate a variety of seasonal outdoor education materials, including a pond and stream sampling kit from Acorn Naturalists, a replica animal track and scat kit from Nature Watch, and site-specific seed mixes from Roundstone (Mix 116 & 168), as well as more general conservation-related supplies such as mulch, gravel, and large refillable water containers for winter trail work. Other useful equipment donations that could fulfill park needs include older model iPad’s (5th gen or newer), kites, yoga mats, nature-themed books, a chest freezer, and for the most generous of donors… a 4WD utility vehicle. • The Lantern of Morning Pointe Franklin needs new or used tinsel garland, plastic decorations like battery-operated candles in plastic holders. Christmas decorations that will not have small pieces that can be taken off or sharp edges. Anything with texture, that can be held and looked at is wonderful.
